Static version of Template:Pagecontributors. The regular template builds its list automatically from the page history ({{PAGEAUTHORS}}); this one shows a fixed list, for pages whose contributors are not all reflected in the edit history. It renders exactly the same box.
Usage: at the bottom of the page, replace {{Pagecontributors}} with {{Pagecontributorsstatic}}.
To change who is listed, or the order, edit this template. Every page that uses it updates at once.
