Top of a chemistry reference table page: the link back to Chemistry Reference Tables, links to the previous and next table, the page title with its smaller subtitle, and the search-engine description. It is the chemistry twin of Template:Reftable, which does the same for the Earth and Space Sciences tables.

{{Chemreftable
|name=Symbols Used in Nuclear Chemistry
|prev=The Electromagnetic Spectrum
|next=Selected Ions Forming Aqueous Solutions
|desc=One or two plain sentences for search results (no links or formatting, and no & or " characters).
}}

Leave out prev on the first table and next on the last one.
